Thanks very much for looking at this wonderful Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir Ebonite LE1906 Rollerball Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box and stamped booklet - confirming first purchase on 27th May 2016. The pen has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition. Only 1906 were produced and this is number 0190.
The Rouge et Noir name dates back to 1906 and Montblanc have resurrected the name for the 110th anniversary. The most obvious nod to these historical offerings is the winding serpent clip, which on this version has ruby eyes. The pen is crafted from black ebonite, which is a further nod to the original historical offerings.
The pen is fitted with a new rollerball refill. If you'd rather use it as a fineliner, then you'd simply have to purchase the relevant refill - these are widely available online.
