Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M800 Blue Ocean Demonstrator Limited  Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pelikan presentation box (including outer) and booklet. The pen has barely been used and is presented in overall fantastic condition. Only 5000 were produced and this is number 2345.

Released in 1993, the Blue Ocean is an iconic Pelikan limited edition and their first official LE offering. It’s crafted from a deep blue transparent resin with the trim being gold-plated. The nautical theme continues with an engraved sextant being found on the cone medallion.

One of the fantastic features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed – this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!

The M800 is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink. It’s fitted with an 18C broad (PF Marked) nib.
