Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montegrappa Reminiscence Vermeil Round Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montegrappa presentation box, information scroll and gold-plated case. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in excellent condition.

 

 

 

The Remininiscence line of pens were available in several versions, with the most common being the octagonal. This is one of the rarer round versions, with the cap and barrel being crafted from sterling silver, which is then gold-plated. The end of the barrel is threaded, so that the cap can be attached – the pen measures approx. 11.6cms without the cap and approx. 15.6cms with it posted on the barrel.

 

 

 

 

This is a pen from the first year of production as from approximately the second year of production the section changed from ebonite to sterling silver.

 

 

 

 

The pen is fitted with a 14k medium nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
