Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Bordeaux Resin Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklets. The pen has never been used and is presented in virtually as new condition – the M sticker, denoting a medium nib, remains on the barrel.

We’ve always been a huge admirer of the Bordeaux resin writing instruments and sadly as these were only produced for a relatively limited period of time. This is a simple pen to date as it features the first generation serial number, which is both shorter and in a different font, thus placing it between 1991-92.

The pen is fitted with a 14k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
