Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition William Faulkner Fountain Pen which comes with its Montblanc book-style presentation box (including outer) and stamped booklet – confirming first purchase on 20th September 2019. The pen has never been used and is presented in virtually as new condition – the M sticker, denoting a medium nib, remains on the cone. The pen was originally part of a Faulkner set, so the box is the larger version.

 

 

 

Ever year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 2007 it was William Faulkner.

 

 

 

The pens design takes inspiration frm his early creative period and the style of art deco. The barrel and cap feature platinum-plated rings with a greenish hued shimmering resin offering a lovely contrast. The trim is platinum-plated.

 

 

 

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib, which features an engraving of a biplane. It’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
