Thanks for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Special Edition John Lennon Fountain Pen, which comes with its large presentation box (including black outer), information booklet, Imagine CD and unstamped service guide. The pen has never been used – the protective tape remains on the section and the M sticker, confirming a medium nib, is on the cone. The pen is in overall fantastic condition, there are some light marks on one part of the barrel and these are shown in the photos.

The John Lennon pens are part of the Montblanc Donation Series and are always incredibly popular amongst fans and collectors. The detailing on these pens is a delight and the highlights include the vinyl record style lightly grooved resin cap and body.

The clip is platinum plated and is designed to resemble the neck of a guitar. The pen is then completed with an engraved self-portrait of John Lennon and the Montblanc emblem on the cap.

The pen is fitted with a 14k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
