Description
Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall lovely condition (a couple of tiny gold-plating loss spots on the clip). The pen has been serviced by Montblanc at some point during its lifetime, as it features a later style feed.
The pen dates to the mid to late 1980s, with it’s W.Germany only clip ring marking, along with solid ink window.
The pen is fitted with an 18k monotone medium nib and it’s a piston filler, which means that bottled ink is your choice here.
The important details are as follows…
– 18k Monotone Medium Nib
– Montblanc Presentation Box
– W.Germany markings present
With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
