Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Donation Series Sir Georg Solti Ballpoint Pen, which comes with its large Montblanc presentation box (some light wear to this), information booklet and playing cards (sealed). The pen has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition.

Part of the Donation Series, the Georg Solti pays tribute to this legendary pianist and conductor. Included as part of the presentation set are two sealed packs of playing cards – this is a nod to his love of Bridge!

This cap and barrel are crafted from black resin, with the trim being platinum-plated. The clip symbolises the keyboard of a piano, with the cap rings reflecting the strings. Solti’s signature can be found engraved on the barrel and red was chosen as this was the colour he used to write comments on musical scores.

The pen is fitted with a new refill.
