Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this rare Krone Gradient Coral Red Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Krone presentation box. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall excellent condition.

Only 388 pens were produced and this is number 19. Released in 2006, the Gradient series of pens feature mother-of-pearl barrels, which are then hand-painted. This coral red version is our favourite and the effect has to be seen to be fully appreciated. This is large pen and has a delightful weight when writing. The cap, trim and blind cap are crafted from stainless steel.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
