The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition. Only 2000 were produced and this is number 0007.

Part of the Genio Creativo series, the pen pays tribute to the legendary string instrument craftsman, Antonio Stradivari. This is a fascinating pen and not just because of the theme or design... it was released in 2007, during the period when Richemont owned Montegrappa, whilst also being the owners of Montblanc. The reason this is interesting, is because this edition actually has the feel of a Montblanc - the nib is basically a Montblanc LeGrand version, with the feed being the same found on the LeGrand. This one doesn't have it's nib sticker on the barrel anymore, but when it would have done, these are the same stickers used on Montblanc pens. There are so many tiny details that show the shared ownership of the brands.

The cap and barrel are crafted from a wood grain effect resin, with the trim being platinum-coated.
