Yard-O-Led Retro Sterling Silver Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Yard-O-Led Black Retro Sterling Silver Fountain Pen, which comes with an izods presentation box. The pen has been regularly, but carefully used, and is presented in lovely condition – the pen has just returned from having the nib tuned by nib expert Noah Maasarani.

If you’re not familiar with Yard O Led then here’s a very quick introduction. The company was founded in England in 1934 and has produced stunning writing instruments ever since. The name comes from the fact that the early patent allowed the pencil to hold 12 three inch leads… making it a yard of lead!

The Retro model is one of our favourites, with it combining the wonderful sterling silver trim that Yard-O-Led is so synonymous with, along with the black resin barley design barrel.

The pen is fitted with an 18ct medium nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (not supplied, so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
