Yard-O-Led Esprit Sterling Silver Black Lacquer Fountain Pen – UNUSED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Yard-O-Led Esprit Sterling Silver Black Lacquer Fountain Pen, which comes with its Yard-O-Led presentation box and polishing cloth. The pen has never been used and is presented in fantastic condition – there are the tiniest of marks on the grip section and cap.

If you’re not familiar with Yard O Led then here’s a very quick introduction. The company was founded in England in 1934 and has produced stunning writing instruments ever since. The name comes from the fact that the early patent allowed the pencil to hold 12 three inch leads… making it a yard of lead!

The Esprit range was produced for a limited period of time and they’re now incredibly difficult to find. The cap is crafted from sterling silver, with the barrel also being silver – it has a diamond cut pattern engraved in to it and then a black lacquer applied on top.

The pen is fitted with an 18ct medium nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied) filler, so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
