Waterman Edson Ruby Red Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this legendary Waterman Edson Ruby Red Fountain Pen, which comes with its Waterman presentation box (including outer) and unstamped information booklet and card. The pen has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition. There is a bit flaking to the outside of the presentation box, as is often the case with the Edson boxes.

Waterman are known for their meticulously detailed writing instruments and the Edson is at the very heart of this. The model name is taken from the Waterman’s founder, Lewis Edson Waterman and was introduced in 1993.

The barrel is a stunning semi-translucent red, with the cap being gold-plated.

The design on the fountain pen is particularly notable for its wonderful nib design and on this pen it’s an 18k medium. It’s a cartridge / converter (correct red converter supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
