Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Visconti Homo Sapiens London Fog Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with a Visconti presentation box (including branded outer). The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall excellent condition – it’s only just returned from being serviced by Visconti in Italy.

The London Fog is a limited edition of only 888 pens and this is number 801. One of the most sought after of the demonstrator Homo Sapiens series, the London Fog was released in 2016 and is now particularly tricky to find. The pen has a grey and blue finish, with the cap having a pearlised finish. The barrel is clear, with ribbons of these glorious blue and grey celluloid threads swirling around the acrylic barrel.

The pen features the patented double reservoir power filler – you simply unscrew the end of the barrel, pull up the rod, place the nib in an ink bottle and push the rod back down to fill! It’s one of our favourite filling systems and the ink capacity is huge.

The pen is fitted with an 18k fine nib.
