Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age Maxi Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age Maxi Fountain Pen, which comes with its Visconti presentation box (including branded outer) and information booklet. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in excellent condition – there is a tiny bit of wear to the black element of the Visconti branding on the side of the clip.

The Bronze Age is the Homo Sapiens model that started it all off! With its balsatic lava barrel and cap (from Mt. Etna) and bronze trim (it has a lovely patina!), these are always a delight to write with.

The pen features the patented double reservoir power filler – you simply unscrew the end of the barrel, pull up the rod, place the nib in an ink bottle and push the rod back down to fill! It’s one of our favourite filling systems and the ink capacity is huge.

The pen is fitted with an 18k fine nib.
