Sailor King of Pens Sakura Nagare Maki-e Fountain Pen – UNUSED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Sailor King of Pens Black Sakura Nagare Maki-e Fountain Pen, which comes with its wooden Sailor presentation box (including outer), pen kimono, cartridges and information leaflets. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition

The King of Pens requires no introduction and is a wonderful Sailor model – this is the glorious Sakura Nagare (flowering cherry blossom) features a stunning maki-e design, featuring gold powder and mother-of-pearl on a black resin base. Each layer is created and then clear is applied, before the design is then continued. The artist was Todashi Nakamura.

The pen is a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds. It’s fitted with a 21k broad nib.
