S.T. Dupont Montparnasse Large Silver-Plated Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this lovely S.T. Dupont Montparnasse Large Silver-Plated Fountain Pen, which comes with an izods presentation box. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall lovely condition.

The Montparnasse was available in two sizes, the Standard and Large – this is the Large version and at 13.8cms capped, it’s a large pen. As with all Dupont pens, the quality of fit and finish is something to behold, with all elements being beautifully finished. This silver-plated version, with its finely engraved godron style cap and barrel, is a very handsome writing instrument.

It’s a cartridge / converter (supplied) pen, so you have the best of both worlds. It’s fitted with an 18k medium nib. To gain access to the converter or cartridge, you turn a little lock (anti clockwise) at the base of the barrel and the section then lifts away from the barrel. You then fill the pen and reverse the procedure.
