If you’ve got this far then you likely already know about RKS, but if not here’s a quick introduction. Run by Ryan Krusac, RKS are one of the growing number of small, but hugely in demand, pen makers from the USA. They make pens in very small quantities and they always sell out incredibly quickly, so getting hold of one on the secondary market is extremely difficult.

Ryan is known for making pens from wood and this is the glorious Californian Buckeye Burl version, with its grey and yellow undertones.

The pen is fitted with a medium steel nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied) filler, so you have the best of both worlds. We’ll also include a spare rollerball section, so you can use it as a rollerball instead if you wanted – these take Schmidt 888 style refills).
