Pelikan Souveran M800 2008 Demonstrator Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M800 2008 Demonstrator Special Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pelikan presentation box, pouch and stamped information booklet. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in excellent condition – when we came to inspect the pen, we found no ink residue, but there is the lightest of purple tinges to the resin on the barrel, suggesting it has seen ink.

This is the version of the demonstrator from 2008, which features the cut-away on the piston, so you can see the mechanism. All elements are crafted from clear resin, with the trim being gold-plated.

One of the fantastic features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed – this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!

The M800 is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink. It’s fitted with an 18C medium nib.
