Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Parker 51 18k Solid Gold Vacumatic Fountain Pen, which comes with a Parker presentation box. The pen has been carefully used over the years and is presented in overall lovely condition – it was fully checked over by an independent specialist when the previous owner purchased it a couple of years ago. There is a little wear to the resin on the grip section, but this is simply mentioned for a complete description.

Parker have a long, rich heritage of creating impressive writing instruments and the 51 is a legendary offering. The solid gold offerings are always sought after – especially with the Vacumatic filler. This one has a burgundy resin grip section.

The pen is fitted with a oblique broad (OB) nib and being a Vacumatic, your choice here is bottled ink.
