Otto Hutt Design 08 Ruthenium Fountain Pen – UNUSED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Otto Hutt Design 08 Ruthenium Fountain Pen, which comes with its Otto Hutt presentation box (including outer), leather sleeve, polishing cloth and information document. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition.

Otto Hutt have been producing fine writing instruments since 1920 and this Design 08 (their flagship model) was created by their head designer Mark Braun. The barrel and cap are produced from solid brass, which is then ruthenium plated. The rotating guilloche pattern creates a subtle, yet intriguing finish, and the small design elements, like the spring clip, really have to be seen to be fully appreciated. The grip section is crafted from PVD coated stainless steel. Taking its inspiration from the ideals of Bauhaus, we’re huge fans here at izods!

The pen features a 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filling pen, so bottled ink is your choice here.
