Onoto Magna Classic Gold Pearl Fountain Pen – CIB Sorowka Nib – Piston Filler – Special Commission

Thanks for looking at our listing for this glorious Onoto Magna Classic Gold Pearl Fountain Pen, which comes with its large Onoto lacquered presentation box (including outer) and paperwork – confirming first purchase on 8th October 2019. The pen has been only been inked a couple of times and is presented in virtually as new condition. The broad nib was reworked to a cursive italic broad by the legendary John Sorowka.

This version of the Magna Classic Gold Pearl was a special commission by the first owner, as it features a piston filling system, rather than being a cartridge / converter (like the other gold pearl pens).

The barrel and cap are crafted from a glorious resni which has rich gold and orange pearlescent lacquered finish. The cap and finial are made in contrasting black resin. The trim is gold-plated sterling silver.

The pen is fitted with an 18k size 7 cursive italic broad nib and being a piston filler, your choice here is bottled ink.
