Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this exceptional OMAS 90th Anniversary Icons Pearl Grey Celluloid Limited Edition Fountain Pen Set, which comes with its large OMAS presentation box (including outer), leather pen sleeves and unstamped information booklet. Each pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall excellent condition. Only 90 were produced and this is number 37.

 

 

 

OMAS require no introduction and since their sad demise in January 2016, the hunger from fans and collectors for great examples of their writing instruments has increased dramatically! The company was founded by Armando Simoni and the full name was Officina Meccanica Armando Simoni, abbreviated to OMAS.

 

 

 

Released in 2015, this truly is an absolute delight for OMAS fans. Featuring three iconic models, the triangular 360 (medium nib), Paragon (BBB nib) and Ogiva (Extra Flessible Fine Nib). The right tine on the BBB nib is a fraction lower, but all three pens write beautifully.

 

 

 

The barrels and caps are crafted from wonderful Pearl Grey celluloid, which features myriad of tones. The trim is rhodium-plated.

 

 

 

All three pens are piston fillers, so your choice here is bottled ink.
