Montegrappa Reminiscence 1912 Sterling Silver 1055VI Fountain Pen

Out of stock

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this lovely Montegrappa Reminiscene 1055VI Sterling Silver Fountain Pen, which comes with an izods presentation box. The pen has been carefully used over the years and is presented in lovely condition.

The modern versions of the Reminiscence were first launched in 1983 and took inspiration from historical Montegrappa pens, they’re now difficult to find in good condition. The pen is crafted from sterling silver and features a greek key design on the barrel and cap. This pen has the 1055 VI hallmark, which indicates that it was produced by the older Aquila owned company, prior to them selling to Richemont. The newer Aquila pens have a 2670 VI hallmark.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (not supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.

The important details are as follows…

Condition: Lovely

Box: izods

Nib: Medium

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
