Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montegrappa Extra Primary Manipulation 3.5 Prototype Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montegrappa presentation box (including outer), two cartridges and unstamped information leaflet. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition. This pen was produced for the Korean importer and was the only one, hence the number 0/0

If you’ve come this far, then you’ll likely know about Primary Manipulation! If not, here’s a quick introduction – the resin used for this pen is made by US resin maker Jonathan Brooks. He’s renowned for his Primary Manipulation resins, which have to be seen to be appreciated… with the pattern on each pen being different! The trim and grip section are sterling silver.

The pen is fitted with a medium size #8 18k fine nib. It uses the Montegrappa ratchet piston, so your choice here is bottled ink.
