Montblanc Writers Edition Rudyard Kipling Limited Edition Fountain Pen and Ink

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montblanc Rudyard Kipling Writers Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and stamped booklet – confirming first purchase on 1st October 2021. Also included is a virtually full bottle of Kipling green ink. The pen has barely been used and is presented in wonderful condition.

Launched in 2019, as the yearly offering for the Montblanc Writers Edition, the Kipling takes its inspiration the legendary ‘The Jungle Book’. The shape of the pen is a nod to the story by Ankus in the second jungle book, with the colour scheme reflecting the cover the book’s first U.S. edition. The design of the clip reflects the wolf pack, with the beginning and end of the poem “If” being engraved on the cap top and cone ring. The cap is engraved with Kipling’s initials, R.K.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
