Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Oscar Wilde Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (the hinge is partially broken) and unstamoed booklets. The pen has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition. Only 20000 were produced and this is number 04162 – the pen was originally part of a set, hence the larger set presentation box

Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 1994 it was Oscar Wilde.

One of our favourite elements is the green resin barrel, which has black and white flecks. The cap and cone are crafted from black resin, with the trim being vermeil (gold-plated over sterling silver).

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
