Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Oscar Wilde Ballpoint Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklets. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall excellent condition – there are a couple of tiny marks on the writing end of the pen. Only 17000 were produced and this is number 09496.

 

 

 

Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 1994 it was Oscar Wilde.

 

 

 

One of our favourite elements is the green resin barrel, which has black and white flecks. The cap and cone are crafted from black resin, with the trim being vermeil (gold-plated over sterling silver).

 

 

 

 

The pen is fitted with a new refill.
