Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montblanc Writers Edition Edgar Allan Poe Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and unstamped information booklet. The pen has barely been used and is presented in wonderful condition – it has just returned from Hamburg wheere the original medium nib was replaced with an extra fine. This model wasn’t offered with an EF originally, so this is an extremely rare opportunity.

Every year since 1992 Montblanc have released a Writers Edition and in 1998 they chose the legendary American writer and poet Edgar Allan Poe. Famed for his tales of horror and the supernatural, the pen is crafted from a marbled midnight blue resin, with Victorian style ornamentation decorating the ring beneath the clip.

The pen is fitted with an 18k extra fine nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
