Montblanc William Faulkner Writers Edition Fountain Pen – UNUSED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition William Faulkner Fountain Pen, which comes with its book style box (including outers) and stamped information booklet – confirming first purchase on 12th October 2007. The pen has never been used and is presented in virtually as new condition. Only 16000 pens were produced and this is number is 07189.

Ever year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 2007 it was William Faulkner – one of the most significant American novelists of the 20th century.

In his more than 50 books, novels, short stories and anthologies he described repeatedly the beauty of his homeland by the Mississippi River. The resin elements of the pen feature myriad of brown, grey and green tones (each pen is slightly different) and the platinum-plated elements offer a great contrast. The domed Montblanc snowcaps offers a nod to historical offerings.

The 18k fine nib features an engraving of a bi-plane and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
