Montblanc Meisterstuck 147 Traveller Gold Line Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck Gold Line 147 Traveller Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been regularly used, but is presented in overall very good condition – there is a tiny mark on the snowcap.

The 147 Traveller, if you’re not familiar with it, is a LeGrand (146) sized fountain pen, but the filling system is cartridge only. It’s a very clever design, as to load the cartridges you simply unscrew the end of the pen, which then reveals an internal metal holding cage, where you can then slot in the cartridges – there are some marks to the holding cage, but these obviously aren’t visible during normal use.

The pen is fitted with a 14k bi-tone medium nib. Both serial number and Germany markings can be found on the clip ring.
