Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Citrine Solitaire Fountain Pen – NEVER INKED

Thanks for looking at our listing for this Montblanc 146 LeGrand Solitaire Citrine Fountain Pen, which comes with a standard Montblanc presentation box (including outer). The pen has never been inked and is presented in overall excellent condition – there are some small, light marks on the barrel and cone, where it’s been handled over the years.

The citrine pens are now very hard to come by as they were only produced for a limited period of time.

The citrine pens feature an almost pale gold plated barrel and trim, with the cap then being adorned with a wonderful citrine lacquer. These examples offer a completely different look to the other solitaire pens and really are the perfect combination of bright but never brash.

The appropriate Germany and serial number markings can be found on the clip ring, along with the word METAL which was used by Montblanc for Doue and Solitaire pens.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib (on the finer side) and being a LeGrand it’s a piston filler – so your choice here is bottled ink.
