Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Bordeaux Fountain Pen – 1991-92 – Fine

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Bordeaux Resin Fountain Pen, which comes with a Montblanc presentation box (including outer). The pen has barely been used and is presented in wonderful condition.

We’ve always been a huge admirer of the Bordeaux resin writing instruments and sadly as these were only produced for a limited period of time.

Both serial number and Germany markings can be found on the clip ring. This is a simple pen to date, as it features the first-generation serial number, which is shorter and engraved in a different font – this places it between 1991-92.

The pen is fitted with a 14k fine bi-tone nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
