Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck Gold Line 146 LeGrand Fountain Pen, which comes with an izods presentation box. The pen has been carefully used over the years and is presented in lovely condition.

This example dates to the 1970s, with its glorious 14C fine monotone nib, split ebonite feed and no clip markings. It also has the always pleasing, grey ink window and the earlier style of snowcap production.

The 146 is a piston filling pen, which means that bottled ink is your choice here – we’ve serviced the mechanism, so it’s extremely smooth.

The important details are as follows…

– 14C Monotone Fine Nib

– izods Presentation Box

– Lovely Condition

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
