Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck Gold Line 146 LeGrand Fountain Pen, which comes with an izods presentation box. The pen has been lightly used over the years and is presented in excellent condition.
This example dates to the 1970s or early 1980s, with its glorious 18C extra fine monotone nib. The pen has likely been serviced by Montblanc at some point as it features the later style feed and barrel.
The 146 is a piston filling pen, which means that bottled ink is your choice here.
The important details are as follows…
– 18C Monotone Extra Fine Nib
– izods Presentation Box
– Excellent Condition
With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
