Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 145 Classique UNICEF 2009 Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc UNICEF presentation box. The pen has been regularly used over the years, so some usage marks on the barrel, but overall it’s presented in very good condition.

The Montblanc and UNICEF collaboration is one that stretches back to 2004 and this pen is from the Signature for Good 2009 collection. A filigree gold-plated wreath adorns the cap, which is a reference to the UN’s emblematic olive wreath, which is universally recognised as the symbol of peace. The clip ring also features a small sapphire, chose to echo the UNICEF colour.

Both serial number and Germany markings can be found on the clip ring.

The pen is fitted with a 14k medium bi-tone nib and is a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.

The important details are as follows…

– Very Good Condition

– Serial Number and Germany markings present

– Montblanc Presentation Box

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
