Montblanc Meisterstuck 144 Gold Barley Fountain Pen – Monotone Nib – UNUSED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 144 Classique Gold Barley Fountain Pen, which comes with an izods presentation box. The pen has never been used and is presented in wonderful condition – a couple of the tiniest marks on the non barley section of the cap. The F sticker, confirming a fine nib, can still be found on the grip section.

This particular pen is the gold-plated barley version, which features a brass barrel and cap, which is then gold-plated. The intricate barley design is one of our favourites! Date wise, with only Germany clip ring markings and a monotone nib, we’d place this one as very early 1980’s.

The pen is fitted with a 14k monotone fine nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (non MB branded supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
