Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 144 Classique Black and White Solitaire Doue Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer – the label is a mismatch with another pen) and stamped service guide – confirming first purchase on 17th May 2022. The pen has never been used and is presented in virtually as new condition (it was an ex-display pen).

The Black and White Solitaire writing instruments were produced for a relatively short period of time and are extremely eye-catching. This Doue version features a PVD-coated cap, which is laser engraved. The barrel is crafted from black resin.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium (heading toward a fine) nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink. Both Germany and serial number markings can be found on the clip ring.
