Montblanc Homer Writers Limited Edition Capless Rollerball Pen – UNUSED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montblanc Homer Writers Limited Edition Capless Rollerball Pen, which comes with its book style Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and stamped paperwork – confirming first purchase on 14th December 2019 – the retailer has ticked the ballpoint box, but the serial number matches that of this rollerball pen. The pen has never been used and is presented in virtually as new condition. Only 8600 were produced and this is number 6074.

Launched in 2018, as the yearly offering from the Montblanc Writers Edition, the Homer is one of the most striking and recognisable pens from the series. This tribute to the author of the epic poems, the Iliad and the Odyssey, is a wonderful creation.

Taking its design inspiration from the story of the Trojan horse, the overall shape is a nod to the horse itself, with the back and clip reflecting the spear of Achilles. The engravings found on the cone and rings use motifs found on the traditional Greek pottery, with the colour of the pen also reflecting the colour of the pottery of that time.

The pen is fitted with a new capless rollerball refill.
