Montblanc Heritage Rouge et Noir Solitaire Serpent LE Fountain Pen – SEALED

Thanks very much for looking at this wonderful Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir Serepent Solitaire Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its large Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and unstamped booklet. The pen remains sealed in its plastic pouch and the outer box was only opened to take photos, so this is presented in new condition. Only 1906 were produced and this is number 1797.

The Rouge et Noir name dates back to 1906 and Montblanc resurrected the name for the 110th anniversary. This is the glorious Serpent Solitaire, with its brushed, platinum-coated, brass barrel and cap. The barrel is engraved with a winding serpent and the Champagne gold-plated serpent clip is finished with cognac coloured garnet eyes.

The pen is a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.

The 18k medium nib features fine engraving of a serpent and the coral hued domed snowcap offering a further nod to the collections historical origins.
