Montblanc Heritage Rouge et Noir Solitaire Serpent LE Fountain Pen – INKED ONCE

Out of stock

Thanks very much for looking at this wonderful Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir Serepent Solitaire Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its large Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and stamped booklet – confirming first purchase on 15th April 2021. The pen was only inked once to test and is presented in virtually as new condition. Only 1906 were produced and this is number 1149.

The Rouge et Noir name dates back to 1906 and Montblanc resurrected the name for the 110th anniversary. This is the glorious Serpent Solitaire, with its brushed, platinum-coated, brass barrel and cap. The barrel is engraved with a winding serpent and the Champagne gold-plated serpent clip is finished with cognac coloured garnet eyes.

The pen is a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.

The 18k fine nib features fine engraving of a serpent and the coral hued domed snowcap offering a further nod to the collections historical origins.

The important details are as follows…

Condition: Virtually As New

Boxes: Montblanc

Nib: Fine

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
