Montblanc Heritage Rouge et Noir Solitaire Serpent LE 1906 Fountain Pen - UNUSED

1 in stock

Thanks very much for looking at this wonderful Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir Coral Spider Metamorphosis Limited Edition 1906 Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and information booklet. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition. Only 1906 examples were produced and this is number 1452.

The Rouge et Noir name dates back to 1906 and Montblanc resurrected the name for the 110th anniversary. This is the Limited Edition Spider Solitaire version, which is crafted from brushed platinum-coated metal, and features an engraved serpent on the barrel. The eyes of the serpent on the Champagne-gold plated clip are crafted from garnets.

The pen is a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.

The 18k medium nib features fine engraving of a serpent and the coral hued domed snowcap offering a further nod to the collections historical origins.

The important details are as follows…

Condition: Essentially As New

Boxes: Montblanc

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.

With these rarely being avaialable, this offers a great opportunity to purchase an unused example, at a keen price, and from a trusted seller.
