Thanks very much for looking at this wonderful Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir Coral Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and stamped service guide – confirming first purchase on 11th November 2020. The pen was only inked once to test and is presented in virtually as new condition – the F sticker, confirming a fine nib, can still be found on the barrel.
The Rouge et Noir name dates back to 1906 and Montblanc resurrected the name for the 110th anniversary. This clip features a winding serpent and the biggest difference between this pen and the other Rouge et Noir offerings is that it’s finished in coral resin, which then has a digitally printed marbled design on top.
The 14k medium nib features fine engraving of a serpent and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
The important details are as follows…
Condition: Virtually As New
Boxes: Montblanc
Nib: Fine
With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
With a retail price of £840, this offers a great opportunity to purchase a wonderful example, at a keen price, and from a trusted seller.
