Thanks very much for looking at this wonderful Montblanc Heritage Collection 1912 Titanium 333 Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its large Montblanc presentation box. The pen has been regularly, but carefully used and is presented in overall lovely condition – it is offered at a very special price due to a personalisation (shown in the photos), which sits underneath where the clip sits. With the clip in place, you can’t see it if you look at it with the clip facing you, only if you tilt the cap and look to the side. Only 333 examples were produced and this is number 095.
Released in 2012, this is the outstanding Titanium version of the 1912. Modelled on one of the first Simplo safety filler pens, these have a fantastic two stage mechanism, where you can twist to hide or reveal the nib, then gently pull the piston cone and turn to active the piston filling mechanism.
The pen features three slip on clips, a nod to a period when Montblanc pens didn’t have a fixed clip. The three clip options are shown in the photos. The art deco and snake style clips are produced from sterling silver, with the third clip option being 18k solid gold.
The 14k medium nib is a delight and these Heritage nibs have a bounce to them which make them very enjoyable to write with.
The huge mother-of-pearl snowcap emblem sits proudly atop the pen.
The important details are as follows…

Box: Montblanc

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
