Montblanc Great Characters Albert Einstein LE 3000 Fountain Pen – NUMBER 0012

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this legendary Montblanc Great Characters Albert Einstein 3000 Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with a standard Montblanc presentation box. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition – there is a small mark on the cap ring and cap top (shown in the photos). Only 3000 examples were produced and this is number 0012.

The Great Characters series has seen many famous names honoured by Montblanc and the Albert Einstein is arguably the most sought-after. The platinum-plated body is engraved with his most famous formulas. Platinum-plated lines cluster around the cap in a grid-like pattern and these depict the curvature of space-time. The dark-blue background reflects the depth of the infinite universe.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib, which features an engraving of the element named after him – einsteinium. It’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
