Montblanc Ernest Hemingway Writers Limited Edition Fountain Pen – SEALED

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this incredibly rare factory sealed Montblanc Ernest Hemingway Writers Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its boxes and information booklet. The pen still has the factory stickers on the outer box and belonged to an outstanding collector. To locate an unused Hemingway is a gem, but an example that has remained sealed for 30 years is almost an impossible find. We’ve include two photos of the sealed box and the photos of the pen are from a previous Hemingway that we’ve sold.

The Montblanc Writers Limited Edition Ernest Hemingway pens need no introduction, but if you’re not familiar then here goes… every year Montblanc release a Writers Edition and the pen that started it all off, in 1992, was the Hemingway. There are so many reasons why this pen sits right at the top of many Montblanc fans wishlists… often they include the stunning Coral barrel and dark brown resin cap, or the fact that it has so many nods to historical offerings from Montblanc The cap and clip are reminiscent of the pens that Montblanc were offering back in the 1930’s (the iconic 139!) and to many collectors you simply can’t get better than the historical offerings.

The pen is fitted with a size #9 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
