Montblanc Donation Series Herbert von Karajan SE Fountain Pen – NEVER INKED

Out of stock

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Donation Series Herbert von Karajan Fountain Pen, which comes with its large Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and silk scarf. The pen has never been inked and is presented in overall excellent condition – the M sticker, confirming a medium nib, can still be found on the barrel.

Part of the Donation Series, the Herbert von Karajan was released in 2003.

This cap and barrel are crafted from black resin, with the trim being platinum-plated. The clip, with its inlay, is shaped like a conductors baton. The cap features a piano key design, where the cap rings are usually found.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink. We particularly like the blue tinged ink window, which is a nod to more historical offerings.

The important details are as follows…

Montblanc Presentation Box included

With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
