Thanks for looking at our listing for this Cartier Panthere de Cartier Black Gold-Plated Fountain Pen, which comes with its Cartier presentation box (including outer – the label appears to be for the blue version) and unstamped booklets. The pen has been regularly, but carefully used, and is presented in lovely condition – the cap attaches completely securely but can be moved round if you turn it (not uncommon on this model).
Cartier pens are renowned for their quality of finish and this one is no different. The Panthere collection pens are extremely eye-catching and this version with its gold-plated cap and black barrel is one of our favourites. The clip marking confirms that this pen was produced in 1990. Atop the cap and at the end of the barrel you’ll find a synthetic onyx.
The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a cartridge / converter filler, so you have the best of both worlds.
The important details are as follows…
– Lovely Condition
– Cartier Presentation Box
– 18k Medium Nib
With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller. As the Financial Times said recently in their How To Spend It publication – “izods is an e-cache of ultra fine fountain pens”.
